Once you have access to the CAA medical service (Cellma), then you need to complete an application for a medical. Please note that this must be done before you see an AME for your medical assessment.

Application for a medical is done by selecting the 'Medical' option from the 'Your services' section of the CAA portal. You will then be able to select the option for applying for the class of medical you require once logged into Cellma.

You will need to complete a questionnaire about your medical history. Answer all of the questions honestly as failure to do so may be considered a non-declaration by the CAA which can carry significant penalties. 

Once complete, submit the application (and pay the CAA application fee) and you're ready to attend your medical assessment. Book an appointment with us here.
